3.18.2014 – New York Weddings
New York Magazine’s bi-annual New York Weddings magazine features Sam Abbay in their jeweler directory. This is a great wedding magazine – I have copies in my shop you are welcome to browse.

4.23.2012 – ABC News
Lauren Glassberg joins us to document a wedding ring workshop for her local piece on ABC’s 5:00 news. Showing also on video screens in NYC taxis.

2.23.2012 – Star Tribune
The Star Tribune interviewed me as well as a Minnesota couple I worked with late last year. A photo of their engagement ring is in the print version which ran on the front page of the Lifestyle section.

2.8.2012 – El Mundo
The Japanese TV Show that explores cities around the world filmed a wedding and an engagement ring workshop in one of their New York episodes. There is not yet a streaming video online of the episode, but we will link to one if one surfaces.

1.5.2012 – New York Times
The NY Times interviewed several customers and a photographer followed one couple through their entire workshop. The article, focusing on DIY Wedding Rings, is entitled “With this Torch, I Thee Weld a Ring.” Don’t miss the slide show! The print version ran on the front page of the Style Section on Jan 8th.

New York Wedding Ring is recommended as a New York City and San Francisco travel destination by this gay travel magazine.

A very kind journalist interviewed a couple during a workshop and wrote about the experience of making wedding rings in my shop. This article is in Japanese.

A recycled platinum ring in the making is featured as Resident lists New York Wedding Ring as one of New York’s eco-conscious wedding vendors. Sadly, they only maintain a 5-year archive of articles.

Our bullion coin rings and San Francisco website had front-row center seats in this year’s SF spring wedding guide.

New York Wedding Ring received kind mention on Go’s list of recommended LGBT friendly wedding vendors.

Our mokume gane and bullion rings are featured in the Spring 2008 issues of Brides New York and Brides Northern California. The story is featured in the print magazine only.
