Hammered Wedding Rings
Planishing hammers are a goldsmith’s best friend – hammered or “planished” wedding rings have a unique surface that is fun and easy to create. Hammered wedding rings are the second most popular style of wedding rings among my customers. It is easier to hammer texture into flat profile rings.
22k Rustic Wedding Rings
Soft, high-karat gold is imprinted with a special mallet to create a soft, natural looking finish.
Deep Hammer Marks
Wedding rings with deeper, more pronounced planish marks give an intentional dramatic feel vs. the glistening texture of the normal hammer finish. This more difficult technique incurs a $200 surcharge.
Rounded Red Rings
It is a little more difficult to evenly hammer rounded bands, but they do look great. This pair is in red gold, but we can create any of the finishes in any color of gold or precious metal that you choose. A small extra fee applies to hammered round rings.
Rustic Platinum Wedding Rings
A variation of the rustic finish can be applied to harder metals such as platinum or 18k gold, which are both actually more popular than the 22k version.
Stacking Hammered Bands

Platinum Bullion Coin Rings
These bands were forged from a pure platinum bullion coin. Similar looking bands can be made with strips of metal, but they will not be as cool.
