Workshop fee for the first day of class to fabricate a custom engagement ring. Price does not include precious metal, center stone, sales tax, or additional hourly fees. Please see below for more info. |

$100 - Hourly Additional Time
Most custom rings take closer to two days, but depend on design. After the initial workshop, I charge on an hourly basis*. I guesstimate how long each workshop will take so you can plan for cost. |

Diamonds & Gemstones - most engagement rings contain gemstones. I usually source diamonds and gemstones for my clients, but do not require that gemstones be purchased through me. For more info, see information and pricing. |

Precious Metals
The cost of your precious metal depends entirely on your design. Platinum for an engagement ring usually ranges from $250 - $700. Gold ranges from $150 - $500. I can give you a rough estimate of what your precious metal will cost.

Rush Fee
A $100 fee applies to customers whose deposits are paid fewer than two weeks before a workshop. If you fall in this category, please read this page. |
Additional Design Time
As an optional add-on, we can meet in advance to work together on your design. I can also create a mock-up or drawings in advance for you to see.
A small amount of design time is already included in the workshop fee.

* To clarify: after the first 8-10 hour workshop, you pay hourly until your ring is
complete. Weekend days during peak months must be booked in full.
